Hey, come in. Close the door, please. Thanks.

Okay, so here goes. It's nAjeE (my nickname, okay?) here, yeah, me. Can't believe a chat addict like me would have a homepage? You better, buddy, 'coz IT came to town ages ago (hello? 1970?) and don't you think it's time?

I might as well tell you guys who I am, then. I got the name Najah, which means "success" in Arabic. I'm a girl. Hey, I'm just telling this to avoid getting invitations to play Doom or Command & Conquer or whatever else there is out there.

Newsflash!! Australia's been wonderful to us ever since we've been here-- Feb 2000. I'm hoping to make it to the end of the year and finish my first year of Environmental Engineering degree at RMIT in 2001, and looking forward to being a second year student. It was kewl meeting up with so many eager teens wanting to follow my footsteps back on Open Day 2001 last August. (So you haven't figured out I LOVE talking already?) For the clueless, I live in Yarraville, Victoria, the only state in Australia which have trams operating.

I am Malaysian, and I used to live in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. It's nicknamed "the Hollywood suburb of Malaysia", because-- obviously, heaps (that's what the Aussies love to say) of celebrities reside there. By right, it should be "Beverly Hills of Malaysia", kan? The place-- peaceful, quiet, very, very nice. I was born in Athens, Ohio, though, while my parents were studying there. I'd really like to see Chicago someday. (I imagine that scene in My Best Friend's Wedding when Julia Roberts was running after Dermot Mulroney with the background song "What the World Needs Now" by Jackie deShannon. Awww.. isn't that romantic?)

I'm 5'3" in height.. I have these (dazzling.. not!) dark-brown (large, round) eyes.. and my hair colour is black, with a hint of brown. I'm interested in the silent terrorism originating from the biggest consumer country on the earth, writing, Sustainable Development, physics, and the arts-- movies, music, theatre, stage acts, poetry writing. I am one person who loves sitting down with her legs outstretched on the grass, the sound of the wind with hot coffee firmly placed in her grip, the joy of being in the sun whilst admiring the beauty of the sky, the trees, the children, the laughter, and the great power of love. Important- Music is my life. Everyone around me says I've swallowed the radio or something. Music & I are like, synonym to each other. You can never tear us apart. Wait- I forgot to turn on the radio. I am a soul-hearted woman... I love Soul; R&B. Niggaz bring soul to life, I think. Favourite tunes are from Blackstreet (yeahhhhh!!!!!), Az Yet, En Vogue, TLC, (the one and only) Aaliyah, and a lot more. Some solo evergreen tunes particularly by: Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, and Michael Jackson. Just as a reminder, I hear all kinds of music, except for dangdut and techno (eugh!).

I dig rock tunes. (Scream: Rock chick!) At the moment I can't live without Lifehouse's debut album (I'm telling ya, their songs are ALL excellent), it's stuck there in my CD player, alongside the Foo Fighters, Hootie and the Blowfish, Stone Temple Pilots, Aerosmith, and Incubus. Other groups from similar genre I listen to: Rem, Live, these way kewl Aussie bands called Powderfinger and Something for Kate, CAKE, STP, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Metallica, Oasis, Soul Asylum, Better than Ezra, Gin Blossoms, Nirvana, Blur, Smashing Pumpkins, The Goo Goo Dolls, Jars of Clay-- the list is endless! I also love jazz! Have you heard of Ella Fitzgerald? Tracy Chapman? And my my blues idol- Gary Moore? Wow. They're the greatest. Sometimes the Bluuuees gets me, too :)

And who knows Jamiroquai?!?? I loooooove him! I really do! And the way he moves his legs and hips-- argh!!~ I'll go absolutely mad! Another male artist I adore tremendously: George Michael. I swear to God, if he wasn't gay I'd be married to him. Isn't he just the perfect dream guy? Other than his great songs, of course :) (Aaaaaahhhh...)
My all-time favourite all-rounder singer: Mariah Carey (why, of course!) I do like the Spice Girls in a way.... they're energetic! And also the Fugees, Bach, and my idol- some local Malays- Sheila Majid, Innuendo and Ning Baizura. Soccer? Man.U rules!!!

Why should I continue making this homepage, anyway? Just hate the competiton I get from people (and schoolmates) I know to have one. But just FYI, I was the first in my school in Malaysia to have one. Heh.
